The Hawaiian Humane Society’s Ginny Tiu Community Spay/Neuter Centers at our Mōʻiliʻili Campus and Kosasa Family Campus at Hoʻopili are specialized high-quality spay/neuter clinics designed to increase availability of affordable cat and dog spay/neuter services for the most vulnerable in our community.
Spay/Neuter Fees for Pet Cats and Dogs
The Hawaiian Humane Society is committed to offering low-fee, high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter services to the community at our Ginny Tiu Community Spay/Neuter Centers in Honolulu and ʻEwa Beach.
Fees include pre-operative examination, anesthesia, surgery, microchip, nail trim and post-operative pain medication (for dogs). Elizabethan collars (e-collars) are available for $10.

Schedule an Appointment
We do not accept walk-ins. An appointment is required for all animals.
Prior to making an appointment, please review the eligibility requirements and scheduling information.
- Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and weigh 2 pounds
- Due to our high-volume capacity, we are not able to accommodate dogs over 60 pounds
- All surgeries are same day procedures—you must pick up your pet the same day
- Plan accordingly as appointments fill up months in advance
- Be sure to note the specific campus (Mōʻiliʻili in Honolulu or Kosasa Family Campus at Hoʻopili in ʻEwa Beach) for which you are booking your appointment
